Messaging terms of service

The service

HighImpct LLC ("HighImpct", "we") provides an inbox where a business ("you") connects its own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's Embedded Signup and reads and replies to its customers' messages. By connecting a number or using the service you accept these terms on behalf of your business.

Your WhatsApp account

• The WhatsApp Business Account and number remain yours, held under your own Meta business.
• You must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Meta may limit or suspend a number that breaks them, and we cannot override Meta's decisions.
• Meta charges for messages under its own pricing, billed to the payment method you add in WhatsApp Manager. Those charges are between you and Meta.

Acceptable use

• Message only people who gave you their number and agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp.
• Honour opt-outs straight away.
• No spam, bulk unsolicited messages, scams, illegal content, or anything Meta's policies prohibit.
• Do not use the service to collect sensitive data you are not allowed to collect.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts other users or the platform at risk.

Your customers' data

You are responsible for your customers' data and for having a lawful basis to message them. We process it on your behalf as described in our messaging privacy policy.

Fees

Our fees for the service are shown before you subscribe, whether you buy directly or through a marketplace such as the HighLevel Marketplace. Meta's message charges are separate (see above).

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it depends on Meta's platform and other providers, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features, and will tell you before removing something you rely on.

Ending the service

You can disconnect your number or close your account at any time. We may end the service with notice, or at once for serious breaches. After it ends, your data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it. We are not liable for indirect losses or for actions taken by Meta.
